Hood College was finalizing information for our Affirmative Action Plan and needed to confirm the process that BHS would use to assist in cases of Direct Threat Assessment in accordance with the regulations. The quick turnaround was greatly appreciated and the level of support was exactly what we hoped would be the case.

We have a wonderful experience with BHS and our partners especially Hope. She is always extremely responsive to our needs whether assisting us in finding resources for our employees, responding to critical incidents, etc. Over the past year, I was having some issues in receiving mass distribution e-mails. Hope made certain I wasn't missing anything. She always sent me the information directly to my mailbox no matter what it took on her end. She is the reason I received all communication timely. Hope made it a much smoother process for me to keep our employees informed. THANK YOU!

I have to say that I am VERY pleased that we learned of BHS from our sister company, Castle & Cooke, and made the decision to move to BHS in 2015. This is the first time in my career that I've come to really value the EAP as a benefit not only to the employee but to the organization as well. I think BHS's commitment to making us a better organization is very apparent.

It was a difficult year for us. We experienced two non-work-related employee deaths. These employees were key and well-liked managers in both cases. I can't tell you how professional, responsive and instrumental our PM was in helping us to get our staff members through those difficult times.
