BHS Health
Risk Assessments (HRA)
The BHS Health Risk Assessment (HRA) is designed to identify
behaviors that increase risk for accident or illness and
offer practical behavior-modification tools to promote
healthier lifestyles.
How Does the BHS HRA Work?
| • |
Participants answer a comprehensive
set of questions |
| • |
Question topics range from
diet, tobacco & alcohol use to driving habits,
exercise & interpersonal relationships |
| • |
Assessment collects individual
health related, behavioral & demographic information |
| • |
Upon completion, a personalized
15-page health risk summary is immediately generated
for each participant |
| • |
Scoring based on current indexes
and averages for age and gender |
| • |
Aggregate organizational reports
provide a snapshot of the entire assessed population |
BHS analyzes aggregate results to identify high-risk
populations within an organization and offer targeted
interventions to address workplace wellness trends.
BHS can also help devise incentive programs to obtain
a greater participation rate and a better picture of
the population’s risk.
The BHS HRA may be customized
to your organization and is:
| • |
Quick and easy |
| • |
Available in a variety of
